Students will learn about different performance and production roles within Drama and apply their knowledge to the development of a devised and scripted performance. Students will explore live professional theatre performances and explore how meaning is communicated effectively.
Why study?
Drama is one of the oldest art forms. It encourages creative thinking a problem solving which are valuable skills in all aspects of life and work. Through performances, you will explore human behaviour and building empathy and understanding with characters whilst also having loads of fun trying to bring the ‘world’ of a play to life for an audience.
